10/13/2017 Auburn Township Openings:

Kenston Community Education / Auburn Township Board Representative.  KCE is an organization that services both Auburn and Bainbridge Townships. The  KCE Board   is made of up of 3 representatives appointed by Auburn Trustees, 3 representatives appointed by Bainbridge Trustees and 3 representatives appointed by the School Board.  They meet on the 4th Sunday of every month at 7:30pm.  Qualifications would be an Auburn resident that can bring new ideas and enrichment programming to our communities.  This is a volunteer position that serves a 3 year term.

 

Zoning Commission Alternate:  The Auburn Zoning Commission is a 5 member team that meets twice a month on the first and last Tuesday at 7:30pm at the Administration Building.  They are responsible for updating the Auburn Township Zoning Resolution (Auburn's zoning laws).

 Board of Zoning Appeals:  The BZA is a 5 member Board that hears and decides  zoning appeals and authorizes variances from the Zoning Resolution through fact based evidence.  They also may grant conditional use permits.  This Board meets once a month on the first Tuesday at 7:00pm at the Auburn Administration building.
