Fiscal Officers: Fredrick May

.

     Fred grew up in Auburn Township and is a Kenston graduate. He moved back to Auburn six years ago from South Euclid, Ohio. He and his wife and two children in the old family farmhouse that has been in his family for several generations. Fred is an attorney with a local practice.  He is a graduate of Ohio University and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

     After living for several years in urban suburbs like South Euclid and Cleveland Heights, Mr. May now truly appreciates the rural amenities that Auburn offers, such as peace and quiet and plenty of room to run and play with his family.  Fred May's term expires 2015

Our Government

Auburn Township is governed by a three-member Board of Trustees, who are elected in November of odd-numbered years to a four-year term beginning on the following January 1st.  Two are elected in the year after the presidential election and one is elected in the year before it.  There is also an elected township Fiscal Officer, who serves a four year term.
