Important Updates Regarding COVID 19

In order to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus, Auburn Township is practicing precautionary measures as ordered by Governor Mike DeWine and the Ohio Department of Health.

Auburn Administration Office, Zoning Department, Fiscal Office and Road Department will remain staffed but CLOSED to the public. All business will be conducted via phone or email.

Applications may be submitted via the drop off box next to the door on the east side of the building.

Zoning Inspector hours (Fridays from 3:00pm – 5:00pm) have been cancelled until further notice.

All Board of Zoning Appeals and Zoning Commission meetings have been CANCELLED until further notice.

April 3, 2020 – 12:00pm @ Auburn Administration Building – BID Deadline and Opening of Asphalt Resurfacing of Various Roads in Auburn Township.

April 6, 2020 – 7:30pm Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees with General Manager RFP Opening at 7:40pm.

The option to cancel all township events that are scheduled AFTER April 6, 2020 will be discussed at the Board of Trustees meeting on April 6, 2020.
